For Mothers & Babies

If your baby needs feeding, settling or soothing during your appointment - you are welcome to take all the time you need.
You can bring a pram, carrier or anything that helps your baby feel comfortable.

For Pelvic Floor Appointments

You are not required to prepare anything specific.
Internal pelvic floor therapy is optional, always discussed first, and only performed with explicit consent.
You remain in control of your entire experience.

For Women’s Health, Pregnancy & Chronic Pain Appointments

Wear loose, comfortable clothing if possible.
You will remain clothed for the session unless a specific assessment requires otherwise, and draping is always provided.
